Vulcan mustard
A seriously hot smooth mustard full of flavour. Use on rare fillet steak, in mashed potatoes and as a baste for roast chicken. Reduce the fat content of cheese sauces or pastries by adding this flavour booster. Ingredients: Oriental mustard flour, honey, cider vinegar, spring water, sea salt, nutmeg.
