Garlic mustard

Add to poultry stuffings, marinades for chicken or pork when grilling or barbecuing or to sausage meat for Scotch eggs.

Ingredients: Honey, brown & yellow mustard seed, cider vinegar, spring water, garlic, sea salt, nutmeg.

Free from artificial colourings, flavourings and preservatives.

Potato Gratin. Serves 4.

Ingredients:
3 unskinned potatoes (1½) salt and freshly ground black pepper, 1½tbsp Garlic mustard, 1 fresh tarragon (chopped), ¼ pint of double cream, ¾pint of chicken or vegetable stock.

Liven up your potatoes with Cumberland Mustard's Garlic mustard! Takes about one hour cooking time.

Heat your oven to 190ºC/375ºF/ gas mark 5.   Cut the potatoes into thin slices and place in layers in a large greased gratin dish in layers with plenty of seasoning between each layer.  Stir the garlic mustard, tarragon and cream into your stock and pour over the potatoes. Cover with foil and cook. After one hour remove the foil and cook for a further 25 minutes.
