Original  mustard

A versatile, sweet and spicy mustard, delicious with meats or cheeses, in vinaigrettes and sauces, or simply spread on toast.

Ingredients: Honey, brown & yellow mustard seed, cider vinegar, spring water, sea salt, nutmeg.

Free from artificial colourings, flavourings and preservatives.

Honey-mustard sausages. Serves 4.
Ingredients:
2tbsp honey, 2 tbsp Original flavour mustard, 4 tbsp soy sauce, 12 sausages.

The sweet & spicy sauce makes adds a great deal of "pep" into this dish!

Mix the original flavour mustard, honey and soy sauce together in a bowl.  Pierce the sausages and either fry or grill until ¾ done, then remove and cut them down the side (making sure not to cut right through them). Also, leave a ½inch uncut at either end (you don't want the sauce to drain out of them). Put 1 to 2 tsp of the honey and original mustard sauce into each sausage and finish cooking them.
While the sausages are finishing off, warm up the rest of the sauce over a low heat. When the sausages are done remove them carefully and serve with an accompaniment after pouring on the rest of the sauce.
